MOU 

NTEU is committed to providing its members with the most relevent and up-to-date Memorandums of Understandings (MOUs). The MOUs are a vital part of the collective bargaining process and they help to ensure that members have a clear understanding of their rights and obligations. NTEU regularly reviews and updates its MOUs as needed to ensure that they remain in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. For any questions or concerns regarding the MOUs, members should contact their local NTEU representative. The MOUs are available online and are easily accessible to all members.
